Already in my childhood I was extremely hyperactive and would have loved to spend the whole day with my friends playing soccer, basketball, speedminton and catch. At the age of 7 I started playing soccer in a club for 2 years. At the age of 12 I became interested in weight training and for this reason I accompanied my cousin who owned a gym in my home and watched him train. I started weight training when I was 13 and focused on bodyweight exercises like pull ups, rows, dips, push ups and squats until I integrated a couple of basic weight training exercises into my workout (bench press, overhead press, lat pulldown as well as squats).

Arriving in Germany in 2015, I discovered a calisthenics park in my area where many people were training, so I decided to visit the park regularly. After a few conversations and talking to people, I became aware of the sport of calisthenics and started reading up on it. However, I kept having the urge to just go to the gym to move a pair of weights. For this reason I started to combine both sports, so that I can benefit from all the advantages of both sports.

I want to get more people excited about sports and help them get to know their bodies better and get better control over their own bodies. Because of my experience and my enthusiasm for sports, I decided to study sports science with a teaching focus, so that I can also inspire children and young people about sports.
