Whether you want to build functional strength, improve body control, develop maximal strength, or push yourself through intense hybrid workouts — our Functional Training classes are designed to help you become stronger, more athletic, and move with greater control and confidence.

Our classes combine elements from kettlebell training, calisthenics, mobility work, powerlifting, and functional full-body training. Clean technique, movement quality, and individual coaching are always at the center of our approach.

From absolute beginners to advanced athletes, our classes offer clear progressions and different training focuses.

Get Lean includes a strength-endurance workout using your own body weight.

The various functional training options are a real highlight in our training schedule and attract many of our members. But our calisthenics training, the various aerial silks & acrobatics courses and our prevention courses also offer you many opportunities to keep fit. Of course, you can also book an experienced english personal trainer for very flexible and individual training sessions.
