Sport as a profession is something wonderful and I am happy to have earned it. My previous studies in Media and Cultural Studies (graduating with an M.A. in 2013) fit seamlessly and helpfully into my position in the management of Urban Gladiators.
During my studies, I discovered my passion for intense exercise and physical fitness. In the beginning, I acquired my knowledge of Functional Training through textbooks, videos, and magazines. In 2018, I made the trainer license ‘Fitness and Health’ at the Landessportbund and in parallel I got personally coached and educated at Urban Gladiators. Here I am now deputy manager, gym manager and trainer.
Exercise helps to balance body and mind. An intensive workout gives me positive energy, feelings of happiness and keeps me healthy every day. In addition, I have a better body awareness and a strengthened self-confidence. I would like to convey this insight to my fellow men.

I want to show them that athletic activity can start at any time and at any fitness level. I help clients to identify their personal strengths and weaknesses, to compensate for imbalances and to bring the entire musculoskeletal system into functional harmony.
I categorize my training concept as athletic training, with a focus on endurance, strength endurance and stabilization training.
