This class is designed for anyone new to functional training or returning to training after a longer break. GET STARTED provides a structured and beginner-friendly introduction focused on safe movement, body control, and fundamental training principles.

In this class, you’ll learn the foundations of functional movement patterns such as squats, hinges, lunges, planks, and push-ups while gradually developing a better understanding of technique, posture, coordination, and efficient movement. Clean execution, individual coaching, and controlled training always remain the main focus.

Classes combine technique coaching, mobility work, core training, and beginner-friendly full-body workouts to help you build strength, stability, coordination, and long-term movement quality. Our coaches provide individual corrections and guidance to help you gain confidence in both your movement and your training.

GET STARTED not only helps you become stronger and fitter, but also builds the foundation needed for more advanced Functional Training classes such as FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH, BODYWEIGHT / CALISTHENICS, or HYBRID WORKOUT.
