Hi, I´m Omar, and I’ve been in the game for a minute.

Over a decade deep into calisthenics, and I’m still pushing my limits every day. My roots are in martial arts, where I learned discipline, focus, and body control. That foundation shaped my mindset, but calisthenics is where I practiced real strength. I mean functional power, explosive movement, and a body that’s ready for anything.

I’ve been coaching for 5+ years now, helping people unlock their potential through no-nonsense, high-impact training. My sessions are built around consistency and effort. We focus on smart programming, not trends or shortcuts. Strength training, functional movement and advanced skills. Whether you’re chasing clean muscle-ups, full planches, or just want to move better and feel stronger, I’m here for it.
