In the beginning, I didn’t think I would ever be able to do it. But by now, I know that we are capable of more than we give ourselves credit for — especially when training in a positive environment and having a strong community behind us.

Before I started aerial acrobatics, I had already done many other things. Ever since I was a child, I’ve always danced, and martial arts have also always been a part of my life.
As an adult, I became a theater maker. In my work, I use everything I’ve learned and constantly look for new ways to combine dance, language, characters, and acrobatics on stage.
When I teach, it’s important to me to offer a complete package. Strength and endurance are just as much a part of it as beautiful movements and clear forms.

Through my experience teaching dance and theater, I’m able to adapt to different needs and create a safe space where we can explore boundaries together — and fly.
